You can make a purchase either by credit card , either by phone and pay on delivery.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping costs up to 2 kg is 5 euro and are charged to the client . A Courier company is used.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Returns are accepted under the following conditions

1. The refund shall be made within ten (10) calendar days of receipt.

2. The returned product must be in perfect condition, just as it was before the sale in its original packaging with all contents of the original packaging and any gift probably included this. If not refunded the extra gift, then the value is deducted from the refundable amount.

3. To be eligible for reimbursement should the product be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice). If the purchase was made with a credit card must be presented the prototype of the coupon issued by the bank terminal.

 

4. Where the conditions for the product return are met and accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other products, or receive cash back, when the acquisition was made in cash. If the purchase was made with a credit card transaction will be canceled and the corresponding information (credit) credit card.

5. If you delivered a defective product, please inform us as soon as possible about the product and the problem presented. If covered under the manufacturer's warranty we can pick it up and replace it at our expense.

1. In our physical store

   In this case you can come to our pharmacy where we will check the condition of the product and then will guide you further. If you'd like to change the product with another, we would recommend you to contact in advance to our store to confirm the availability of the new product.

2. Consignment

   If you are not able to come to our physical store, you can send us the product by following these steps

 

1) Pack the product to be protected during shipment or use the box in which you received your order.

  2) Place inside the package a document in which we communicate the way you want to resolve economic value, when the product appears likely to return, or the new product you'd like to send to you, in case of change.

  3) Send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order to the Returns Department account.

 

 

 

In case of fault of our pharmacy cost of return is charged on us and the customer can choose whether he wants to return his money, credit note equal value for the purchase of another product or re-shipping. Also in this case the receipt of the product is from your area from our shipping company. If the Customer's fault, the latter shall bear the packaging and shipping costs.

 

The pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw or amend the return policy of publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated or refunds if the pharmacy, in its sole discretion, deems that the customer is abusing the right of return or act in bad faith retains the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions.

If the product violates the terms refunds and declared unfit to return, then it will be returned to the customer. The transport will be borne the customer.
